What happens if I do not pay my account balance in full by the due date specified on the hold agreement?
Your items will remain the property of Holding Box. Payments made towards the outstanding account balance, excluding the hold fee, will be credited to your account. This credit can be used for future hold requests at Holding Box LLC, excluding the hold fee and items available for sale on our website. This credit remains valid for a duration of 30 days from the date the credit note is applied to the account. If the credit is not used within this timeframe, it will become inaccessible and ineligible for reimbursement.
