What is your return policy for your store products?

At Holding Box, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns
  1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of the package's delivery.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  1. Gift cards

Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at customerservice@theholdingbox.com or 888-462-4029 to initiate a return.
Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Shipping:
  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  2. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the amount of your original purchase. Initial shipping charges are not returned with the exception of an item that arrived damaged. The store credit can be used for future purchases at Holding Box (store). 

Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
Replacements: If you receive a product that is damaged or torn, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the replacement process.

Late or Missing Store Credit
If you haven’t received store credit within the expected time frame:
  1. Check your email for any notifications regarding your store credit.
  2. Contact our customer service team for further assistance.
