What is your shipping and delivery policy?

At Holding Box, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible, including reliable and efficient shipping and delivery services. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

Shipping Methods
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1 business day.

We currently do not accept international orders.

Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders received after 5:00pm CST will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on the destination due to local laws and regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly for assistance and/or to file a claim.
